The only reason our modern/ pop artists got fame is because they went to India. That includes late NFAK as well. The moment any artist becomes a part of Indian flick or show consequently considered and recognized by masses here. Remember Junoon only came to limelight because of their infamous appearance and Z-awards where they received standing ovation.
These days sadly Pakistani artists are praised in the Indian reaction channels where the channel receives astronomical views by Pakistani visitors but ironically same visitors never visits artists own channels.

He was truly the best guitarist of Pakistan and I cried when I learned about his demise a year later after his death. The reason that I didn't get to know about his death was that he wasn't ever given a proper tribute. I can believe the story about replicating a tone. because In Pakistan there were only 2 guitarist who knew how to dial a good guitar tone, 1 was Azmir Zaki, one was Salman Ahman, Vital Signs songs also had good guitar tones. Asad Ahmed also know how to get an awesoem tone but he got it very late.

And I wonder, whether, the person in this documentary, who claim to knowing him better than anyone, was there for him in his last days. His last days were tragic, considering he was a legend. And no documentary would be complete, unless that tragedy and cruelty of industry with him is discussed.
