I'll have to watch this series. I'm on my own 1000 day run with a plan to do full mapping. Up to day 95. Started in Ash, got the backpack right off, summited, then beelined for FM forge. Then hit MT and fully mapped HRV while getting a cougar pelt. Pretty much fully kitted out, currently in Broken Railroad on my way to the airport to start Tales then back to CH to start trader.
I had my first encounter with the cougar last night and I only got one rifle shot on it. it ended my run unfortunately but I was only 32 days in so at least it was early in and not hundreds of days in.
