Hey Sam and Joyce. It's always great to see you both out enjoying whatever the catch of the day is. As always, thank you both for taking the time to share your wonderful videos with all of us who enjoy them so much. 😊
@ things are good here in northern va. beautiful day, getting stuff done around the house. hubby is loving his “man” time in the garage, with the football game on the radio, until i bother him. haha. so far the skins (i still call them redskins) are winning! yippy!!
Friday is my fave day when you two have a great video uploaded. You never go hungry when Sam throws those perfect pancakes. Nice catch & cook. Those shrimp look so sweet!! Yummy!!
Leftover boiled shrimp Ratatouille is best with diced green tomatoes , seasoned meatballs and zucchini, with a little brown sugar and a quartered onion
Hi Joyce and Sam great videos and it looks amazing I am o drooling over for sure. Thank you for sharing your catch. For me and my husband would love to catch and cook up the same stuff for sure and we will one of these days so in the mean time we will enjoy you sharing your meals/recipes that I know my husband and I of 40 plus years also enjoy for sure. Again thank you for sharing from North Carolina.
Wow Sam and Joyce them Shrimp were very nice. No boat needed. If you had a bigger net the coer wouldve been full. God Bless. Im moving to St.Lucia this summer coming up. Best fishing in the World. 👍😘🙏
Y’all do so good. Hard work. The prices of seafood is insane. . Along with everything. A bag of not fresh shrimp cost 25$. I’m like hello my friend ramen. It’s you again lol. Keep up the awesome catching. And so sorry about your place being damaged. We’re flooded out again do to both lasted hurricanes . Hadn’t recovered from Ian. This shall to pass. Thank you for good entertainment. Cheers from Geneva Florida. ✨💜🌴🍤🍤🍤🍤
If you guys like going at night. They have been catching lots of them. When my bad was living we used the red can of cozy kitten, cat food and yellow corn meal we mix it together and it really brought them in. Love watching your videos. I’m from kiln Mississippi just about twenty minutes from where you guys go in bay St. Louis
Here I am sitting here at 4 am eating homemade hamburger steak with homemade gravy and smoked brisket and getting hungrier while I eat watching y'all catching those "strimps"! lol
Hey guys, I’ve been hooked on your shows for some time, I love the way you work together. This is not a criticism of your work, can I ask why every time you cook crabs or shrimp (prawns here) you add all sorts of spices and seasonings like Tony’s and Old Bay, garlic, bay leaves etc and don’t get to taste the natural flavours of the seafood. In Australia we cook (if boiling) them mostly in clean water, either seawater or fresh water with nothing else but salt. We add the dressings and seasonings afterwards went dining. Is this an American thing? Great work guys, can’t wait for the next episode.
That's how most people cook them on the east coast, it gets the spices into the meat. We used to boil them in just salt water, years ago and one day we tried cooking with spice and we liked it. When we were in Oregon catching Dungeness Crab we cooked them in water right out of the ocean, like you do and they were great. We'll have to cook some of our Blue Crabs in just salt water like we did when we were young and see how we like them now. Thanks for Watching our videos
We do most of our shrimping at Daytona Florida and some at different places in Mississippi between Pascagoula and Bay St Louis. We do most of our crabbing with handlines in Mississippi at several locations, Pascagoula, Biloxi, Gulfport, Bay St Louis and other areas. Thanks for Watching our videos
Hi Sam and Joyce, can you recommend a place over on the east coast between Palm Coast and Titusville area to go crabbing.? Want to take my 85-year-old father
Hurricane Milton went right over our house and we had no major damage, but Helene destroyed our trailer, we had to haul it away. Thanks for Watching our videos
You'd be surprised about how many people live so close to the crabbing and fishing and never go and most of them love seafood. I can't figure it out. Thanks for Watching
We need to find out where you guys are going to go crabbing a few days in advance so your fans can catch a bunch and write on their shells "EAT MORE SHRIMP" and let them go for you to catch
You're right, if we were home I would be using a larger net but when we're visiting Mississippi we have no place to store them but it's still fun. Thanks for Watching
I want a lot of shrimp but when we're visiting Mississippi we have no place to keep more than we can eat in a couple of days. Thanks for Watching our videos
You're right, that's what makes it so much fun to catch our own and no preservatives, which a lot of shrimp in restaurants have. Thanks for Watching our videos
Hey Sam and Joyce. It's always great to see you both out enjoying whatever the catch of the day is. As always, thank you both for taking the time to share your wonderful videos with all of us who enjoy them so much. 😊

Hi Sam and Joyce, can you recommend a place over on the east coast between Palm Coast and Titusville area to go crabbing.? Want to take my 85-year-old father
How did you fare the last hurricane?
Hurricane Milton went right over our house and we had no major damage, but Helene destroyed our trailer, we had to haul it away. Thanks for Watching our videos
How long do you leave the net out before pulling it in?
A cast netter myself. You want to let it hit the bottom and pull it slowly so it can close up before lifting it off the bottom. Then bring it in.
@lmcatech oooooooh... thank you. So it just needs to settle and then it's go time.
Just like the previous viewer said. Thanks again for Watching our videos
Did you say you were in St. Louis?
Bay St Louis, MS
George, we're in Bay St Louis in Mississippi
We gonna help you guys buy a house on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, I can visit you all.😊
Sounds like a plan lol.
Free gourmet groceries for a little effort . People who live nearby must eat good all the time.
The crabs would like that lol.
Those are some hand sized shrimp I have fixed many holes in my cast net.
Thanks, I better get busy fixing that one and see how long I can make it last lol.
Those shrimp are local white shrimp.
That's right, they're the same ones we catch in Florida. Thanks for Watching
Thanks
I would be in heaven you can never catch enough shrimp
You're right, if we were home I would be using a larger net but when we're visiting Mississippi we have no place to store them but it's still fun. Thanks for Watching
Send me a pile 😂
I wish we could, thanks for Watching
No way I believe you don't want a lot of shrimp 😂😅
I want a lot of shrimp but when we're visiting Mississippi we have no place to keep more than we can eat in a couple of days. Thanks for Watching our videos
That crab looked like he was praying,,get me back to my kinda people.
We eventually did, he looked scared lol.
Baby lobsters...
You're right
These seafood resurants are charging $ 20 dollars for 12 fried shrimp and about the same for boiled , ridiculous
You're right, that's what makes it so much fun to catch our own and no preservatives, which a lot of shrimp in restaurants have. Thanks for Watching our videos
