Frieren's immortality, power level, and magical bag of tricks are often noted. What isn't brought up often or as clearly as we see in this episode is this other crowning feat of Elvish heritage. She, as an elf, has maintained the mental plasticity to continue actively learning. This alongside having those depths of crystal clear memory for spells and history and those she's cherished such as her Master and Himmel. An immortal might easily be imagined being sharp but not remembering much beyond recent events. Another might have deep skills, but no ability to learn new things or change. Mental ossification happens in humans in a far shorter time, so it is another legendary aspect of Elves that their minds remain so supple over the centuries.
