Glad somebody shot this store before it finally got bought. These franchise locations played by their own rules. I saw some old footage of this location that there was once a Harley-Davidson: L.A. Riders deluxe machine at this store, which is a game you would never find in any other CEC's. The January 1999 show shows a standard cabinet of LA Riders being played.
Thanks for the trip down memory lane! I can still see 7 year old me in 2012 running around the store, playing skee ball too much, and peeking over the booths just to watch Chuck E. on stage while my family tried to make me eat the pizza 😂 Also I remember these two kids climbing on Studio C to dance with Chuck, and I would've joined them had my family not walked out the doors
The histories of both Chesapeake locations: Sam Circle (1997- ) The Sam Circle location opened in 1997 with a prototype 2-Stage from the Merced, CA location. It would also later receive the 2005 remodel and in 2010 they would receive the Star Stage posters. They now have 2.0 so the stage is gone. 😢 Chesapeake Trail (2003- ) The Chesapeake Trail location, which is the one shown in this video, opened in 2003 with a Studio C Beta and the 1990s remodel. It stayed the same until they would remodel along with Sam Circle.
THIS IS AMAZING!!!!!!! The only thing I think would’ve made it better is if it had a cyberamic stage instead of Studio C. Just my opinion tho I know a lot of people like Studio C
I think this used to better than nourthbridge when it was like this cause it had a lot more old cool and rare wall planters and dim lighting this is better!
I used to work there they saying it wasn’t making money the ones in the area except for the one in va beach were all franchise now there corporate. The one in Norfolk close down few years ago to.

I’ve been to this store before, trust me, it’s absolutely beautiful.
its like Bayamon but more nostalgic and beautiful
Would be an absolute gem with tokens, tickets and their skytubes and toddler zone mix.
Super Chuck E. Bros hopefully that doesn’t mean there getting 2.0 soon tho
They still have the retro tv's.

it’s like a museum
This Is An Awsome Restaurant
Do they still have the Superman kiddie ride?
If It's in the video its still there as of now
What happened to the Chuck bot's hand? It's all yellow
The hand cosmetic was taken off and what you see is the shell.
Just went to this location they got a new hand in chucke but it don’t look right it didn’t move in it not the same size.
Dimmest showroom I’ve ever seen.
Northridge CA and Springfield OH have dimmer showrooms
Damn, I gotta see this location. It's sorta near me.
Did someone stole his hand?
