I saw Amanda in shrek in London and this video does nothing for her. She was utterly amazing!!!!! Fantastic voice... She is incredible

I've been to see the show and it is amazing!!! Totally worth a watch. And Amamda was brilliant, she sang, she danced and did both at the same time. I loved it!!!

Amanda can sing. She just has a very deep voice for a woman. If you think of some other female singers with deep voices, they sound alot like her.

@reservaify if you think about it tho, simon cowell calnt sing for toffee, and hes one of the best in the world at judging singers.

I thought this was the original cast until they said Dean you play Shrek and realised it was understudy Shrek at the time

@RhaegarTargaryen1884 well for 1, one direction didnt win but they are still all over the telly, on adverts and are still together, for 2 if you know what you were talking about, you would know that leona lewis has released more than one song, and she is one of the best live singers in the world, just like simon said, yes he makes alot of money out of it, but thats why he does, because he knows what hes doing and he is good at it, simples...
No one beats Sutton Foster as Fiona other than Haven Burton
I think KaguraMaitsu has it right. There IS no accounting for taste but I find Amanda is a really good singer. Maybe our minds don't work right or whatever but I think she's got a good voice and I'm happy to see her use it.

Well the films went downhill... I think the theatre is going to be joining that trend!
To be honest they're all a little pitchy, the stage is not set up for multiple singers and the backing track has far to many echoes. Amanda sings well in this but better in the Theatre Royal. Landi is fabulous and they are lucky to have her.

this is the West End Production of Shrek the Musical in Britain. Sutton Foster was in the New York Broadway production of the show

1:36 It would have been better if Daniel breaker singing as donkey. Because that guy he ain't doing much because he only letting that lady sing this entire time
0:24 Amanda doesn't sing like she is on key but I believe it would have better if Sutton foster singing as Princess Fiona.
0:47 I believe that Brian singing as Shrek sounds way better than that guy singing as Shrek.
2:08 Everyone else I'll keep who are dressed up as fairy tale creatures i believe they did a great job dancing and making it a fun musical show.

Fashion 4701, I don't know if you perform or anything, but performing in a musical is 3 times harder than performing in a play. You have to be able to sing, dance, and act.
