In some Italian cities you can use this via a smartphone app. It will tell you where the nearest one is then you collect it from where it is parked and then use it and when you have finished with it just park it and walk away. It is all done via the app and you are charged just for the use of it. Much like Boris bikes in London. If you own one where there are battery swapping stations then you will never have to worry about old batteries. For cities this system is the future. Well done XEV and your designers.
if you want a small economic car, for less than half the starting price of this thing, you can get a škoda fabia greenline 1.2 tdi. It uses very little fuel, cheap to run, and you can take it on long journeys if you need to do so, not to mention that they are very practical. Or you can even get a very cheap banger and run it into the ground
You have a good point but i think this is a good car for city people. The fabia will be banned from allot of city’s in Europe in the next years. If you buy this you won’t do big trips.
Great point! It's true that if someone is looking for a small and economic option, the Škoda Fabia Greenline 1.2 TDI is a fantastic alternative, offering fuel efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and practicality. There's always a variety of choices that suit different preferences and budgets, whether it's a reliable small car like the Fabia or going for a budget-friendly option. Thanks for sharing the insight! But I think you are missing the point when it comes to 'Nano' 'Micro' cars these are purely build to be driving around major cities where like in most European countries, older diesel models are being banned from entering these cities. Plus smaller cars are very easy to park and drive around those bigger cities. But I completely understand the point you are trying to make with the Skoda! -DrivingViews
For now it is only on sale in couple countries Belgium, Spain,Italy, Germany and France. But they do plan to start sales in UK this year. No exact date yet.
I've asked the owner of the Yoyo, He told me he bought it of Aliexpress! It's called 10.26 inch universal display wireless car radio costs around 40€ ~DrivingViews
@@DrivingViews Hello, can you maybe give me a contact of the person that owns the car, I need a link to the display, beacuse I just can't find the exact one, thank you!😊
@@sopronyi_ianisI’ve tried with the owner to find the 40€ one but it isn’t for sale anymore we did find another one but it is a bit more expensive amzn.eu/d/eiPkLjq hopefully this will help you? ~DrivingViews
The XEV YOYO and the Citroën AMI are separate electric vehicles, but they share some similarities. Both are compact electric cars designed for urban mobility with a focus on simplicity and efficiency. Yes it's twice as expensive as the AMI but the AMI goes 45km per hour maximum were the XEV goes up to 80-90 km per hour also the range of the XEV is twice as long and it also come with much more car like features, AC - Heating - Bluetooth connecting and electric windows ~DrivingViews
Hoping these will come to ireland, but i doubt they will, im surprised we are getting the Dacia Spring...although they still havent announced a price yet, but you can be guaranteed it will be at least 3000 euro more than any other country
@@DrivingViews import tax / vrt is now ridiculous, but so is the cost of our cars in general, for example I bought a 2016 Opel Karl (like an i10) in 2023 and it was 9000 euro....I doubt it was even that much when it was brand new 😂
oh how i wish xev did this with a 20kwh and a top speed of 80mph with a real world high speed range of 150 miles on average that would easily be more accepted we have to get out of this idea that city cars and normal cars are different, people don't have the luxury of two cars on a budget, and given that kahn wants to charge congestion charge for this as well , means up hill sales at best,
Correct but the first 'nano' 'micro' cars were already invented in 1970s, Now in Europe more companies are inventing these smaller fully electric cars to prevent people who live in big cities to be able to still drive a car because like in most European countries diesel cars for example are being completely banned from entering the city. -DrivingViews

I love my Fiat 500 to runaround town and also take short trips!
So basically, it's about as good as a Citroen Ami, at 4x the price.

The Mev City is also a good choice. You can drive it on a provisional also.
@@DrivingViews The Amis was designed to conform to Frances "Sans Permit" laws.
I have ordered a YOYO today!☺☺

how the speakers sound?
It’s not ‘car type of level’ but it’s good enough for small city commutes.

Correct!
What is the price?
In Belgium the starting price is 15.700€ depending on the options and colors. ~DrivingViews
