@@carriesthriftyfarmhouse6764 Carrie, UNFORTUNATELY, I THINK I AM DOWN AGAIN.....I will find out the answer...not giving up....Stay Safe. God Bless. :0)
Hi Carrie im so sorry about your mommy. I remember what i went through when i lost my momma. Congratulations on you 1 year anniversary. Im so sorry for what your babies went through.my half sisters kids had their heads opened but it wan because their heads closed to fast. Your diys are awesome
Hi Jacqueline! Thanks so much for watching. It sounds like your sister’s kids had the same thing. My boys’ skull bones fused too soon so they had to surgically separate them.
Thanks Annie!! I’m on a retreat with my church and have spotty service but trying to make my way through the playlist! Hope you have a wonderful weekend!
I am new to your channel and found you through the playlist. So glad to have found you. The birch technique is great and I the cutting mat technique is so inventive. I am a quilter as well so what threw me for a loop was your use of the natural batting! I am so excited to try this and use up some of my scrap pieces! Your boys are true warriors and so are you! My heart goes out to you for all the trials and struggles I am sure you all have been through. You are truly blessed with 2 beautiful boys and I look forward to watching your videos. Thanks for all you do! ❤
Thanks so much for watching, Cindy. Nice to meet you!! I love using scrap fabric. I am NOT a sewer but I love getting fabric from the thrift store and using it in various projects! I gave some ideas in a few recent videos 😉😉 Yes, my boys are such warriors and taught us so much about resilience and positivity. We’ve definitely been humbled by the journey and learned to not sweat the small stuff. 💕
Dear Carrie love how from the cutting mat you made the Christmas tree so cute and the vases so adorable great job my friend your treasure your boys are so beautiful Good bless them and your family 🙏🤗🥰❤️🎄
Love that cutting mat Christmas tree- so unbelievably creative- That was definitely my favorite-beautiful!!!! So fun participating in this challenge with you!!

They are all great! I love the tree the most! The materials you used are so unique! Fantastic video and those tin jars are cute too!! Thanks for sharing your gift and creativity with us, Carrie!
I knew that your mom passed because I subscribed to you then, because I too had prior lost my dad just prior to your mom passing. The ache I feel is just as raw as that day he passed. Everyone says it'll get easier it hasn't yet. Every holiday or the 19th of every month feels like it reopens that wound. I know he is with God and is kneeling at the feet of Jesus. But this earthly pain is nagging. I'll be praying for you through this holiday time. How did your boys get diagnosed with cranial stenosis
I know. My heart has been aching more recently with the realization that the holidays are so close! My youngest was actually diagnosed first at 4 months. My eldest is a long story haha but was diagnosed really late at 3 years old. He has some disabilities as a result of pressure on his brain but he’s doing great now. Since it is very rare for two siblings to have it, they suspect a genetic cause and are pretty sure it came from my side…yay us 🤣
I love your little tree and God bless your boys
Thank you, Gladys..they are little troopers 💕💕
Such a nice combo of projects
