excellent teaching sir, thank you. i just wanna say a couple of things. while i do agree that biopsy is confirmatory for establishing the diagnosis, its not always possible with a bronchoscopy. we may need a usg or ct guided biopsy for peripheral lesions. next, the drug you mentioned as gemcitanib,should in fact be gemcitabine. thanks a lot sir
