Why is there no one else in the dungeon except you? This is almost impossible. Because players usually attack bosses in groups of 10 people.(And thank you for this video👍)
This is a great guide video, the only concern is that in real you will have at almost all the timezones people coming there to do the same or/and to kill who is doing that....

Ya it's possible but you need expensive build like t7 or t8 , t8.1
U can solo the huntress as well, but its very sketchy

Not true, I go to these alot and u may see a few players here but not usually in more then 2 to 3 people
U many see larger groups in the brand new server, but in an established one they don't usually run in groups there
