Can you post some video of you building the cockpit interior, putting extra detail into this area I feel really brings this kit alive, looking at yours interior it seems you have done quite a lot of extra work, loving the videos.

Thanks for the feedback. I started building this kit before I started the TH-cam content so build time on the cockpit is limited. There is some on the control cable upgrades and control column though. Just check out the videos on the channel. I need to complete the port side of the Cockpit so watch out for some detailed footage of that with added details etc

Really useful tips Richard. The Kotare Spitfire kits do have separate wing fillets.

@@RichardsModellingAdventures They are beautifully engineered kits - I've only done a dry test fit so far. I want to get a few more builds under my belt before launching into one. I have both the Mid and the Early kits and if I was going to do just one, it would have the be a very early one as it will be the most different from any other larger scale Spitfire kit out there.

@@FinsburyPhil Let me know how you get on. I'll deffo have a go at one. The early one does appeal. I would like to do a NMF with foil maybe. Video on how to do this to come i the future

@@RichardsModellingAdventures That would be really interesting. The only thing is it wasn't natural metal, but rather a painted aluminium finish over grey primer.

      @@RichardsModellingAdventures Dear Richard,
Mr Finsbury is a regular contributor to my little corner of the world and he's a welcome addition to it. A fund of information and tips himself, I am always pleased to hear from him!
My own view on the Kotare Spitfire is that it is an excellent kit with its well designed fits and beautifully engineered components. It is an easy build which I am sure you (and Finsbury) could easily do justice to.
      Regards,
      Z
