You should really look into the facts of the case beyond the talking points provided. He never even denied that he sold the victim's husband's laptop which was stolen from her home the night of her brutal murder. The case against him was basically a slam dunk and it's sad that so many Muslims got duped by this. The simplest explanation is that he did it, but of course it was before he was Muslim so he will be forgiven insha'Allah.
I would never trust you
@@jmurdock8303 Ok man
Did no one look into the case before just calling him innocent and saying it was racism or Islamaphobia that he was killed? It seems pretty clear to me he was guilty, but the prosecuters were definitely pretty incompetent in the case. These things arent mutually exclusive. I dont think he deserved the death penalty but it does seem he was guilty, despite there not being overwhelming physical evidence (for good reason due to the age of the case - and no one, especially the unnocence project, is taking that into account). It frustrates me how blind the Muslim community is when things like this happen... were no better than the social justice warriors.
This man was a career criminal. Not some exemplary saint. Why even go so deep into the racial angle? Its all so ridiculous. Just look at the evidence... its clear he was at least involved. I think life without parole was the proper ruling, but all of these rediculous stances from muslim leaders about how great a muslim he was are just sickening.
In other words if you have track record ... you are guilty. Innocent until proven guilty or guilty until proven Innocent? What a debauchery!
You’re more mad that Muslims are trying to defend their brother than you are at the people who wrongfully murdered him. With all due respect I think you need to reevaluate your priorities brother.
@@AbdullahMikalRodriguez But was he a Muslim when he allegedly committed this crime? So how isn't he a good Muslim if he became Muslim afterwards? If Allah forgive past sins after taking shahada who are we to say he wasn't a good Muslim?
'Seems like' you blindly used ur emotions to reach a conclusion about a brother and ignored all the evidences for his innocence.
There was no DNA evidence on weapon or crime site.
He became an imam and led by example to mentor people not only in jail but outside.
