Karuma needs a new bridge not just fixing the old one. Karuma needs a modern bridge and a four lane road. The Kampala to Gulu, to Arua needs four lane road not just two. The current government should stop behaving as if we are still in the stone age time where tribalism, and marginalisation of certain region is the order of the day. All the businesses that flourished in Kampala is because of the outside regions who always drive to Kampala to buy merchandise and other products on a daily. Otherwise Uganda Railway need to be restored up to Arua and Nimule from Kasese.
