Northern Uganda bus fares rise due to Karuma Bridge restrictions

Bus fares for those heading to Northern Uganda have increased by at least 15,000 shillings after restrictions were imposed on using the bridge for heavy vehicles last Friday. This came after the report by MBW Engineering consultants, stating that the bridge had lost its integrity due to the wearing of the bearings
