I'm so disgusted by these pathetic criminals!! They really should be prosecuted for premeditated robbery. In 2019, we had a No Show Caterer for our family reunion during the Memorial Day weekend. This meant no food for the family dinner AND picnic (Robbery Totaled $1,875). The time & energy spent on small claims court was distressing. Even though she was a No Show for the court hearing, the judge reviewed the evidence and awarded us the amount stolen, plus several hundred dollars for additional damages. Yet, how can you put a price on a ruined family function that was planned 1-2 years in advance? Like these families, we later learned she was a NO SHOW for wedding receptions/showers and other vital social events. The lies are so insulting (...police towed her car with a the catered food because they thought it was stolen or she was hospitalized with high blood pressure for days & didn't have access to her cell phone....). These LIARS & THIEVES have cursed their "businesses" and destroyed their reputation....they will NEVER PROSPER! PS: All California residents BEWARE of Akiayla Jefferson, owner of YELLA'S KITCHEN based in Sacramento, CA.
Yall need to sue her she is scamming she made all that money and moved that's what she did and she should have to pay punitive damages for not showing up it know it was humiliating!!!

I'll buy a cake from Walmart before I trust a person on the street about a cake. Just can't do it. Bake your own or go out and buy your own. Simple as that. 🙏

Cause I deal with a black caterer for over 12 years, 2 black cake makers and sweets caterers (over 6 years) most times if they are very busy they tell me! Black hair stylist etc, if they are unable to see me they will let me know! All races have business people who can be very unprofessional.

How you know they live in section 8 housing? Are you familiar with this area? And honestly if they do live in section 8 housing they should be able to afford it because their rent is only about $30 for them to pay.
