When you realize how broken Dolia is:
Not only she can dish out AOE damage which can knockback enemies when in the water, she also self regenerates while swimming. She can make her own swimming pool, and it doesn't disappear as long as she's in it. Her ultimate can reset one of her and allies skill in range which has the longest cooldown while taking on the added cooldown herself.

Idc if its copy or what ever. Kadita design is from myth, sea queen.
So give her some troops. Make her ult summon stunami and her pasive must be regen too while she ride carriage with white horse like sea creature. All sea creature must give her respect, so give some mob animation at river too.

Dolia has more budget than kadita it is why there's a huge gap effects. But talking of designs and originality, both wins. Unique and strong in their own way, But dolia is probably broken according to players.
