    Brilliant idea
    If you pay off the credit card , it’s fine.
    This is essentially giving people an extra month to pay rent and you get airline miles for it
    Incredible deal

    This is really tinkering on the edges. Loosen some regulations to build more homes, the rents will come down.

    This is so silly. "...half of people's..." Who are these "peoples"? This is millennial speak. People are choosing to rent places. Incomes and rents vary a lot.
