- The boater accused of fatally striking a Florida teenager has released surveillance footage that he said shows he was unaware his boat had collided with the teen, according to his attorney.

How far away was the tow boat; Did they have a red flag up; did they have an airhorn. Most likely a tragic accident.

Strange he was out boating alone, especially at his age. There is a reason for seniors to surrender their drivers license. Maybe there should be a visual hearing assessment for senior citizens as well.

That happened to a family friend years ago. He was scuba diving and got hit by a boat and we think the boater never even knew they hit and killed someone. The boater never been caught.
Soooo many comments about this accident are from folks that have NO IDEA what they are talking about!
