Sometimes it's code for "I know you're an idiot, but you won't accept it coming from me." I had similar experiences when I did cable dispatching. I would tell techs when the customer couldn't pay by check, but they wouldn't accept it coming from me, only from the manager.

No Preston, you can’t make it medium rare. Chicken must be fully cooked or you risk getting food poisoning. It is not pleasant.

@@samholdsworth420no, they weren't. The whole thing started because they don't eat beef. That's why they asked to substitute chicken. Obviously, the server didn't know the menu and/or had forgotten basic food safety rules, so they said yes and had to be corrected by the chef.

I have eaten that somewhere in Ebisu. Expensive place, has that as a specialty and it is not a "normal" chicken.
It tasted good, surprisingly. The texture was also okay, not gummy or chewy. But I don't see the need to repeat the experience.

You shouldn't eat raw beef either.
You should do some videos from the customers point of view and call it something like things you hear from wait staff/bussers that you wish were made up. Maybe like an over zealous waiter or one that misses the water glass because he is focusing on things he shouldn't be or trying to be a magician and sucks or a waiter that embarasses a customer for being broke in front of his family or friends. I don't know, it's just a suggestion.
