Q: How do I get chosen for the compilation?
A: Shufflers submit their video for compilation in the Melbshuffle Channel Videos section (www.melbshuffle.... Every single video is reviewed and chosen based on Melbshuffle guidelines (e.g. no shoes, mainly outdoors, well lit areas etc.)
We do not censor shufflers on Melbshuffle and try to make compilation acceptance as fair as possible! Melbshuffle rejects any claims that video acceptance is 'rigged' or that we only look for one particular style (unless part of a specific event).

I honestly forgot about this channel 2 years ago, and today was having a bad day then thought about watching some old shuffle vids then THIS shows up. My day was made :)
I'm not sad about old shuffling, I do miss it, but on the brighter side, these new shufflers carry on what a lot of shufflers left off. They keep shuffling alive, sure it changed and continues changing, but we will never forget about the first time stumbling on a shuffle compilation, or hearing about them from a friend and getting pumped up, so thank you to all the legendary shufflers, and thank you to their predecessors :D

if you are referring to me I have been shuffling for around 2 and a half years, give or take a few months, stretching is obv stretching I even saw Curtis telling some dude off for stretching his vids, Curtis said if I remember 'stretching is for making gliding look better' this (and my eyesite) are all the proof I need to know you guys stretch videos, but I respect HSU for keeping shuffling alive throughout the last year or so, with comps or what not

these songs are in a music genre called Hardstyle. it's a type of hard club music, mostly used at rave parties and hardstyle festivlas such as:
Qlimax, Q-dance and Decibel outdoor festival.
As you can see the hardstyle music are often used by melbourne shufflers (as you can see in this video).
Very good but you just don't get the same feeling watching these as the older compilation

I dig it. The shufflers, the songs, and Shayne did a good job editing. I don't think it's over edited, I just think people need to get that we're in 2013 now. There's better editing software, we're not just using old windows movie maker on Windows XP or whatever so we can make better videos, while STILL keeping the shuffling clearly visible. If you think this is over edited, you should see the majority of shuffle videos kids make now.
