The crit damage on weapons is not bugged and working as intended. It's just like the + to crit chance on weapon, crit damage has the same terminology. It says + to and not + increased. Good find though I think its definitely being overlooked.
Seems intentional to bring crit multi on weapons on par with crit chance/attack speed on weapon. Those stats have always scaled your build multiplicatively when rolled in a weapon
How do you have 225 spirit to have everything active? once you get "lead me through grace" it seems almost impossible to reach 225 spirit through body armour alone?

hey i've droped the last 2 points of ascendancy that gives physical damage reduction based on evasion, as PDR is a shitty status rn, doesnt mitigate very well and cuts 40% of evasion, and i've allocated the points in the critical chance and ignore elemental resistances, what you think about the survivability of melee classes and armour overall?
Read the shockwave stat specifically for tempest bell. It adds 30% more per ailment and then converts 60% per ailment. So if you deal 2+ ailments (small assumption that both chill and freeze coun separately, and even wothout that its easy to shock the bell), you convert all damage. Heavy swing is dead link as far as i understand the gem.
@@ДимаПетров-щ6з poe2 does damage conversion differently. Doesn't inherit scaling from previous damage. So if skill converts all damage from physical to elemental, physical modifiers don't work.

I can back this up, I'm having the same issue. I have hand of chayula with hypothermia & freezing mark socketed in yet it will not allow heightened curse to be socketed. I was looking up ways to fix this because it's very unfortunate since I was following your build on mobalytics but can't do this. Idk what to do and really don't want to start over. Please help.
Whats the most important spec on weapon? I have a pretty good with one with 416 max dpg , good jewels etc but i only have 40k dps ice strike.. u have 200k wtf :D whats the big diff?

You got that crazy creen wide afterahock if i remember correctly. Every class can be tough. Remember you can set skillpoints on individual weapon set, use sword and board, bjt when you use the big hitting skils bind it to a teohander and bammm
I have survival issue at T15. The ground effect is just kill me instantly. I did not have protect me from harm ascendency, but i think that wouldnt matter because its a magic skill that kill me.. i have all max res and 80% evasion. For ground effect or magic explosion, it is a dodge thing that i should be careful ? Or is it because my defense is lacking somewhere? Or is it because my map rolls too hard? Any map mods i need to be careful with this build?
Same, i have no problem with damage and killing mobs but the floor and on death effects always gets me to the point that I dodge roll every time I clear a group
@@tky0414 just be very careful with rare mobs, also I personally run Blink on my weapon so its easier to avoid asteroids, mobs bodyblock and just for faster clear
I have the same build. I only have 200 energy shield and 200 health deficit. I die in one hit on almost all tier 15 maps. Acrobatic is also on. I can't figure out what's wrong.
his weapon alone is 20 to 30 divines. You have same build but not level 95 and gear is different. Gear is everything in poe. You probably don't have defences. Get good chest armor.

Can you make a video on how to get 225 spirit? On my body armour I have 2 t6 evasion &energy shield, t7 94% increase evasion &energy, 2 runes with evasion & an amulet with 44 spirit &still sitting at 177 total spirit. It’s hard to follow your build when I can’t get pass 200
with this build you get ZERO spirit from gear except from the evasion rating/energy shield on your chest, you need 1875 Evasion to handle all the auras I have

so here is a question. what is better 700 pdps, 11.5 crit, 1.4 atk speed wtih maybe some crit damage roll on it (lets say 20% multi) or 550 pdps, 14.5 crit, 1.7 atk speed and maybe some crit coz dont have any godlike staff now like 580 pdps, all it has is pdps and 23% crit damage bonus. I feel like I dont crit often (50% chance) so sometimes mobs take a bit more time if I dont crit on first 2-3 hits so I was thinking that maybe less PDPs BUT better crit and atk speed will be better. But than again I already struggle with mana with cast on crit on endgame bosses just wandering whats your take on this dilema of mine. PDPS is king or we want also crit stats. thinking out loud ... if I dont crit, dps isnt anything crazy so having 700 pdps staff with 50% crit might not be better than 550 pdps staff if I manage to get crit to 60%+ with some more crit dmg on it and with more atk speed it should be faster hit rate -> faster crit rate

Why use Hypotermia and Ice Mark on Chayula when you Ignore Enemy Defences all together ? And mobs in maps die like in 1 hit anyways. Im with 60k sheet dmg and still corrupted irradiated lvl 16 is a wrap!
gear helps a lot, weapon being better helps a ton, jewels help a ton, being level 95 and having more passive helps, dont get +levels its a bait for more mana cost
Both these skills allow you to socket another active skill in them and then supports inside will support both the base skill and the socketed skill. Ele invo is the base with ball lightning the socketed skill. Ele invo is not a projectile skill and so cannot be supported by those supports. You first have to add ball lightning so the supports have a viable target.
@@DonTheCrown I added ball of lightning first. Went in exact order left to right of what your written guide had in regards to skills>gems etc. Issues was with hand of chayula skill line, and elemental invocation line.
I figured out elemtal invocation basically you make ball lighting it's own skill on the list then add the skills then transfer it over it elemental invocation
Go CI, like many did. Then won't need to worry about chaos damage at all. I wonder if that crit damage on weapon multiples all crit damage nodes from the tree. You can get that roll on the helmet too
yeah I think crit damage on weapon is like flat crit, it just makes +100% crit damage go to +100% + what's on the weapon, and then that is multiplied by all the increased/more to that bonus.
Im impressed with myself my tree is almost exactly the same as his; sadly though, not even close to his build or damage. Also his jewels alone are worth than my entire stash lol
Recoup feels nonexistent in this game. I tried taking all the recoup nodes AND putting it on my gear where I could and I still didn't notice ANY recoup. It's trash.
The build is great on paper but as long as you're not laaaaaateeee in the game this build will get you killed for the amount of money you need to spend when compared to other hybrid or lightning builds. Getting herald or the ring procced sometimes is almost impossible and you basically start having an epilepsy seizure in front of the monsters and your damage without herald, ring procs is non existent. Ice strike will work for some cases but almost in all other cases charged staff and a mid hybrid build would give you less headache
Thanks for the update :) If you doubted having too much evasion, do u think adjusting ascendancy points, from "...and protect me from harm" to ...and scatter them to the winds?" would be a good move to try? Considering we have little to no armour, we're losing 50% of its effects? but with 100% the negative still? (40% less evasion rating") seems your have a free slot with the double bell, might be more effective?

Im gonna be completly honest .... I have no idea how all these streamers have been doing it but looking at youtube as a "new player" even when Im touching 220+ hours at this point is so frustrating. I just want to look up builds and see these POE1 veterans having gear that costs like 300 divines total while having less playtime than me one hitting everything and insta clearing tier 17 maps meanwhile I have only beaten the pinnacle bosses a couple times and still sometimes die in tier 15-16. Idk if its just because you guys know how to play the market but the gear you guys have makes chars like 5x and I really dont know what Im doing wrong

There is a node near the starter cluster called Siphon. Ir recovers 2% of mana on each kill, plus gives 25% mana regen
thats 5 passives for a stat you can find on gear, trading a lot of damage or defenses for that is not ideal

I found the problem, I was not using the ascendancy passive 'I am the blizzard' that completely changed everything.

ambush would be significantly better, youre hitting a lot of full health enemies

All phys supports are mega valuable- it converts 60% to elemental from your max phys valuu + also applies 40% thats left of phys.

How did you attached curse support skills to hand of Chayula? It says the support skill doesn't support that skill for me.
first you must put a curse in the hand of chayula to be supported

Adding the Hands of Wisdom gloves trivialises maps tbh. My ice strike gained 20K dps over my prev gloves

how much life/evasion % do you have? at 2400 and 69% I rarely die anymore
note that penetration mod on maps is REALLY scary

and protect me from harm ascendancy gives us phys damage reduction which kinda looks like armor but its not

Can you make a video on how to get 225 spirit? On my body armour I have 2 t6 evasion &energy shield, t7 94% increase evasion &energy, 2 runes with evasion & an amulet with 44 spirit &still sitting at 177 total spirit. It’s hard to follow your build when I can’t get pass 200
with this build you get ZERO spirit from gear except from the evasion rating/energy shield on your chest, you need 1875 Evasion to handle all the auras I have

so here is a question. what is better
700 pdps, 11.5 crit, 1.4 atk speed wtih maybe some crit damage roll on it (lets say 20% multi)
or
550 pdps, 14.5 crit, 1.7 atk speed and maybe some crit
coz dont have any godlike staff now like 580 pdps, all it has is pdps and 23% crit damage bonus. I feel like I dont crit often (50% chance) so sometimes mobs take a bit more time if I dont crit on first 2-3 hits
so I was thinking that maybe less PDPs BUT better crit and atk speed will be better. But than again I already struggle with mana with cast on crit on endgame bosses
just wandering whats your take on this dilema of mine. PDPS is king or we want also crit stats. thinking out loud ... if I dont crit, dps isnt anything crazy so having 700 pdps staff with 50% crit might not be better than 550 pdps staff if I manage to get crit to 60%+ with some more crit dmg on it and with more atk speed it should be faster hit rate -> faster crit rate
thats a 27% difference on raw pdps, so you'd have to make it up somewhere else for it to be better

Why use Hypotermia and Ice Mark on Chayula when you Ignore Enemy Defences all together ? And mobs in maps die like in 1 hit anyways. Im with 60k sheet dmg and still corrupted irradiated lvl 16 is a wrap!

How are you reaching 200k dps in ice strike? I have a very decent staff and my ice strike is at 40k

It's the plus to melee skils guys. It's a huge increase.

gear helps a lot, weapon being better helps a ton, jewels help a ton, being level 95 and having more passive helps, dont get +levels its a bait for more mana cost
Why wont it let me add deceleration and scattershot to elemental invocation?
Same. Cant add heightened curse to hand of chayula either. Even did the written guide saying to socket hypothermia first.
Both these skills allow you to socket another active skill in them and then supports inside will support both the base skill and the socketed skill.
Ele invo is the base with ball lightning the socketed skill. Ele invo is not a projectile skill and so cannot be supported by those supports. You first have to add ball lightning so the supports have a viable target.
@@DonTheCrown I added ball of lightning first. Went in exact order left to right of what your written guide had in regards to skills>gems etc.
Issues was with hand of chayula skill line, and elemental invocation line.
I figured out elemtal invocation basically you make ball lighting it's own skill on the list then add the skills then transfer it over it elemental invocation
I'm gotta mess around with the hand skill today i have nothing on it and don't even use it

Go CI, like many did. Then won't need to worry about chaos damage at all. I wonder if that crit damage on weapon multiples all crit damage nodes from the tree. You can get that roll on the helmet too

What makes the dmg Scale like 300? When he puts the wpn on ? Is it elemental dmg increase ln wpn ?
yeah I think crit damage on weapon is like flat crit, it just makes +100% crit damage go to +100% + what's on the weapon, and then that is multiplied by all the increased/more to that bonus.
Can you explain what the node "cannot get hit, but evasion is 70% less" node I am confused?
Basically that node evades all types of attack in the gamein exchange of your evasion % by 70%.

Recoup feels nonexistent in this game.
I tried taking all the recoup nodes AND putting it on my gear where I could and I still didn't notice ANY recoup.
It's trash.
The build is great on paper but as long as you're not laaaaaateeee in the game this build will get you killed for the amount of money you need to spend when compared to other hybrid or lightning builds. Getting herald or the ring procced sometimes is almost impossible and you basically start having an epilepsy seizure in front of the monsters and your damage without herald, ring procs is non existent. Ice strike will work for some cases but almost in all other cases charged staff and a mid hybrid build would give you less headache

Considering we have little to no armour, we're losing 50% of its effects? but with 100% the negative still? (40% less evasion rating") seems your have a free slot with the double bell, might be more effective?
scatter is horrible, does nothing but nuke your mana, protect me basically turns our evasion into armor

my ice strike is lvl 24 because the warstaff but i only have 47 mana cost on it so its not all that bad

Im gonna be completly honest .... I have no idea how all these streamers have been doing it but looking at youtube as a "new player" even when Im touching 220+ hours at this point is so frustrating. I just want to look up builds and see these POE1 veterans having gear that costs like 300 divines total while having less playtime than me one hitting everything and insta clearing tier 17 maps meanwhile I have only beaten the pinnacle bosses a couple times and still sometimes die in tier 15-16. Idk if its just because you guys know how to play the market but the gear you guys have makes chars like 5x and I really dont know what Im doing wrong
I mean having 10,000 hours does help out with decision making for gearing and making currency

@@no.uhmccave I also have 70% evasion while taking the acrobatics. If you have spare spirit you can take ghost dance to temporarily increase it
-70% EV from Acrobatics
-40% EV from "... and protect me from Harm"
can you share your loot filter please don? also what do you look out for on jewels, im guessing attack speed crit damage and evasion?
