It appears you missed step #3 on the cylinder head torque, after 22ftlbs you need to turn 180 degrees. Great video, lots of helpful screenshots from the service manual
@@rwickmannp11 To turn the final 180 degrees, do I just need to put the wrench on it and turn the wrench 180 degrees and it should be then at the correct torque? Sorry for the dumb question lol.
@@MotoEffeX Hey man, could I get a link too? I got a ktm 250 2020, but the 2021 engine is still the exactly same as the 2020 so a 2021 manual should work.
It would be a good day of wrenching till you drop the clip in the engine, I’m impressed you kept going for the day 😂
Haha yeah It was hard to keep going after that.
How to get those tool box tool holders/liners??

Rocky Mountain ATV or any dirt bike online store.
Looks like you were able to pull the cylinder head w/o pulling the motor? Is that correct?
Yes, I was able to. It’s actually a lot easier than the Japanese bikes.
@@MotoEffeX awesome, thanks for the video. I am doing a top end on a 22’ FC250 now. This is the best instructional vid I’ve seen.
