Exclusive with AMFI: Gross Vs Net SIP Flows | Decoding Retail Investors’ Sentiment | The Money Show

On The Money Show, we put the spotlight on AMFI's mutual fund data. In an exclusive interaction with AMFI's Chief Executive Venkat Nageswar Chalasani, we attempted the significant difference between gross and net SIP flows. In July, the gross SIP inflow was Rs 23,332 crore, while the net SIP inflow stood at Rs 8,964 crore. AMFI Chief explained that while the interpretation of SIP inflows is important, they cannot be compared. He also said that gross SIP flows are important to track since they measure incoming investments. Nitesh Buddhadev, Founder, Nimit Consultancy also shared his insights on the July AMFI data.
