I remember driving 1966 Daimler Fleetlines
had one with a periscope that could be used in service, and another which didn't have one. That could only be used on private hires. One was the spare bus, if anything else broke down. CXS556D was the registration. The other one was HRC487D. AA Buses in Ayrshire.

Forgive me for asking but should the exhaust smoke be coming through the rear left tyre? I'm autistic and sometimes assume something's wrong when there isn't.

It’s a really good spot. We had a crack in the exhaust which had now been welded !
