What a great organized video. I don't know when they came out in colors. I love my powder coated red one and.have had.it for
years. Ice water will keep all day hot keeps a few hours. The new Yeti mag slider lid fits it. And on eBay there is a straw lid that also fits it. Mine has never chipped any paint and is used most every day. Thanks for the viideo.

Enjoyed your videos. I have the 64oz water bottle ( love it) but in need of a drinking lid. I tend to drink less water because of the not so friendly on the go screw top. Do you know where I could possibly find a interchangeable lid?
I wonder if the difference in design effects the cups ability to keep things cold/hot?

at my walmart, all they have is the 30oz and maybe sometimes the 20oz.
fyi i bought the 20 oz. last year 2016. and a year later it has rust inside on the bottom.
I like the size of the 40oz but its a little top heavy I have notices and tips over a little easier than the 30oz
Is there any difference in thickness or durability of the old 30 and the new 30? I'm wondering if they lowered the cost, perhaps by making it from thinner steel. An easy way to tell without cutting it in half would be to weight them each on a small kitchen scale.

you can remove the stainless part of the ring on the koozie and it still is black plastic underneath if you like the look of the black ring

Paul Wilson I took all my rings off my koozies. I think the stainless looks hokey. it's not glued on it just slides on its snug but will come off

No the 40oz lid is slightly bigger. They are not interchangeable. I have both.

I love my 1st Gen 20 but I drink alot so the size makes it take a backseat to the 30.
I know what you mean, Ice usually takes up a good bit! But the 30 is ideal. Idk about the 40 yet, It may be a hit!

They are a good bit heavier when full. I can palm it and I only wear a medium glove but I'm waiting on them to start coming out with handles for it before I use it on the go.
Just waiting for my 40 oz. Get it shipped by some friends from the US to Germany :)

I've been wondering do you take the gaskets off the cup lids when you clean them?
I think so, well we do just so nothing will build up around them. Kinda like cleaning kids cups so mold will not build up.
what do you use to get them off without damaging them? seems to be a pretty tight fit.
I just pull them off by hand.
who makes the sliding lids for these models?
Sam's Club sells a 2 pack 20.00 and they have the sliding lids. Also they do not have any logo on the bottom.
Just got the 40 today from walmart. I like it but its too big for my hands, and im a certified giant. Picking it up is like trying to palm a basketball. Do they make a handle for it?

My walmart only had 4, I only grabbed one so others could grab one as well. If you are willing to pay more, people are doubling their money on ebay. Here is a paypal link for one for like $25.
