Is there any way to find other, already established, communities that were built by Brookfield? Their floor plans are very appealing, but I'm curious if there are any that have been around for a while.

Brookfield is a new builder to the Phoenix area, so there are not resale homes for sale. They are currently selling in the Blossom Rock community and another in the west valley called Alamar (both are new builds). How many walking and hiking and mountain biking trails in blossom rock

Blossom Rock is in phase 1, so all of the walking trails they will have in the neighborhood are still being built. Within a half hour you have some of the most beautiful hiking/ biking trails in the Phoenix area- the Superstition Mountains. You also have the Goldfields mountains, Saguaro Lake and the Salt River within proximity. For someone who loves the outdoors, Blossom Rock has a lot to offer.
