Easy formula for converting Celsius to Fahrenheit. Take the number in Celsius and multiply it by 1.8 (Easiest way is to just add 18 per 10 degrees. I.e 20 C being 36 degrees) then add 32. So, 25 C converts to 18 × 2 + 9 + 32 =77 Fahrenheit. Hope that makes sense.

I have no idea how an outsider might start this in Japan especially but trying to organise ladies' night at the gym might be a hit. Since you are in a more urban area, advertise to a few demographics. It's a time for women to exercise together and push aside men. Men are welcome to come to the gym but 10 to 30 women taking over the gym every Tuesday and Thursday nights might be the change other communities need to see. See if the gym can give a slight discount to new day pass members. Then they can have repeat customers. I see this helps gyms in the states. Say like climbing has been male dominated but women having a group to feel apart of, this only increases the number of women at the gym. (Because girl friends are invited in the future.) If things go well, have a trainer being available at this time? She would be running a group class that people who identify as female may partake in. Good luck if you want to organise anything like this!
