I use a metal clip that screws on the side of my table to hold bigger bottles of pop or whatever I'm drinking it's more convenient than relying on a cup. And I have a plastic one on the other side for smaller size bottles

If you have a hearing aides. Remember to take off your hearing aides you do not want to sleep with your hearing aides on especially you wearing them makes your ears red the next morning. you need to remove hearing aides to let fresh air flowing into your hears and yhou sleep best that way
