Well-done Judge N P Mabindla-Boqwana for adumbrating succinct and pertinent on the interpretation and applications of the law using facts, issues, legal principles, par excellence application with precision of excellence and sound solid surmountable insight with the foresight of sustainable solutions towards the judiciary vision, in a nutshell you're simply my upcoming Judge President at Cape Town and you are are a true inspiration to us young leaders within the legal fraternity. Some of the comments that she is out if her depth is so condescending. Her record speaks for itself. A judge in the sca coming back to serve her division. I wish her all the best, she will bring cohesion to that division.
These are the type of Youthful well mannered judges of the future South African.... Give it to her but they are other women judges who are like her though but she is smart and eloquent and articulate.... Profound
I like CiC's simple question, and a simple answer to get the measage across... it was and is important, if she comes back in 4 years for the Con-Court, she must be allowed

@@victortv2751 She won't. She will soon regret applying for the job and will then look for a way out, which would probably start by acting in the Constitutional Court with the plan to move there, alternatively she will apply for re-appointment to the SCA, saying she realizes admin is not her cup of tea and that her previous application for the JP position was, with the benefit of hindsight, a mistake.🤔
Judge Boqwana articulated all significant aspects that the panel and challenging matters in our country's Judiciary fraternity. I concur with the Panel for her to be appointed as the JP of Capetown High court, she's such a marvel to listen to and phenomenal Legal guru holistically.
Definitely better than all the other female candidates interviewed. It cannot however go without mention the leniency showed towards her by the panelists. Her answer concerning mentorship was lukewarm to say the least. She's impressive overall, she's clear and concise in her answering. Congratulations on her appointment to the Western Cape division.
The lady from Port Elizabeth, she's the best candidate for the position. In person she's angelic so very calm polite and humble i mean very humble but never make a mistake n get on her nerves cos she'll sort you out without touching you and without any sharp and rude or strong words. As for the beauty it runs on their blood,am younger than her younger sister but now that i grew up you'd swear that i grew up during her time 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

Commissioner Hassan, love her line of questioning ...
those who encouraged her to apply wanted to makesure that that Goliath woman don't get the post, she really knows her staff.
