Hola, gracias por la información, pero si yo quiero conseguir un terreno de 0.5 acre for a small homestead to raise chickens / hens and have a garden and eventually live off the grid, what are your suggestions? I do not mind being farther from the coast. Actually, I like dryer climates and cultural / colonial towns or cities like Oaxaca, Guanajuato or Zacatecas, but I would still need trees and green pastures to do what I want to do. I could put 20 or 30% down next year.

Well, this is a 2-part question.
First, let's talk about region 12 . Region 12 is about 3 years out, at least from a nice price hike. Right now, I have plots of land for sale there at 72 usd m2. Why is that significant. Well, in a few years, I can see that land be at 140 to 160 usd a m2 and will continue to rise along with the rate at which roads are finished and connected. So Region 12 is a great area for your cost per square meter. If you look at other regions around Region 12, you have, for example, la valeta at 300 to 400usd a m2, Region 15 renging from 250 to 350 a m2. So, for a nice development to be able to pass those savings on to the consumer, it's a great deal. Your equity will be nice. With that being said, if you're buying for a quick return, it's not the area. But if you're patient, it's good.
As for the development reserva, NAAY the master plan looks great, and they have sold around 70% of their inventory. Shoot me a DM, my IG, account @albertorivieramaya chat soon.
