- Dr. Sarojini Naidu, in her speech, speaks high about Dr. Rajendra Prasad's wisdom, strength and imagination that brings him near to the feet of Buddha and considers him as a guardian of the House. She also remembers Mohd. Jinnah and realises his absence in the Assembly. Further, she pleads that tribals and minorities have their birthright of equality and equal opportunities in the country.

It brings tears to my eyes as I listen to this jewel from our independence era, Bulbul e Hindi, our own Nightingale of India, Smt Sarojini Naidu. Her articulate words resonate with poetic beauty, elegance and great spiritual depth and wisdom. I’m so amazed at this lady of so many facets. So grateful for this exemplary brilliant lady whose words and actions are etched in gold forever! 🌹

It is DD music that used to play every time it was there was a telecast.
