POTFL examples : DENIED EOB, CERTIFIED MAIL RECEIPTS, CLEARING HOUSE REPORTS, FAX CONFIRMATION REPORTS.
#TFL is varies from PAYER 2 PAYER.
#TFL depends on Physician contract.
WE can do appeal with POTFL to the Insurance, if POTFL is valid.

Even you did bill to secondary Payer, you will not paid (Good Question). So you should work on Primary’s denial first.
