TOPIC: BLACKPINK JISOO
Her full real name is Kim Jisoo, but other Blackpink members call her "Jisoo Unnie." Sometimes, she is also called "Turtle Rabbit Kim". She was born in January 3, 1995 in Gunpo, a city in the province of Gyeonggi, South Korea. She has an older brother and an older sister, she is the youngest but in the group she is the oldest. She came from a wealthy family where her dad is a CEO of a company. Even though she came and grow up in a rich family our girl manage to take her own path and she auditioned in YG Entertainment, one of the Big 3 or the biggest Record Label and Entertainment Company in South Korea. She trained for 5 years and 3 months since July 2011. She is the only Korean member to be born-and-raised in South Korea. After being trained for more than 5 years she finally debuted as the main visual, and lead vocalist of BLACKPINK.
TAKE NOTE: The American record labels and Korean record labels are completely different. In America, a label will scout you and pick you up as an artist. In Korea, you audition at a company in hope of being a trainee. If you pass and become a trainee, you train for years in sing/rapping and dancing and other things to debut. The company will then decide whether or not they’ll debut you in a group or as a solo artist. You debut with people you’ve been training with. Blackpink started training together since they were 14-15 years old, trained for 4-10 years and they debuted in August 2016. Blackpink when signing contract in their company it states that they are fobidden in 6 things: drinking, smoking, clubbing, driving, plastic surgery and dating.

HER CHEERFUL AND LOVABLE PERSONALITY
She has a 4D personality and she is the social butterfly of the group. According to Jennie, Lisa and Jisoo is the mood maker of the group. HER BEING A MOM FIGURE TO THE GIRLS
She is the mom of the group and would be the person blackpink members would lean on. She is a de facto leader in the group, as the group decided to not have an official one. Many blinks know that the girls only saw her cry once. In the neflix documentary "Light Up the Sky", Teddy Park told that despite working with Blackpink over all these years, he's seen Jisoo cry just once. That explains a lot because jennie said that if ever jisoo has a very feminine personality they wouldn't be them today because they need someone to be like their light on those dark times and i hate the fact that many ot3 stans undervalued jisoo but blackpink will always be four.

During her vlive she learned that many blinks skipped meals just to attend and wait for the them early. BLACKPINK have donated 40M KRW (34,000 USD) for restoration of the highland and to help support the victims of Sokcho forest fire. According to the Hope Bridge National Disaster Relief Association, on 8th April, Blackpink members Lisa, Jennie, Rosé, and Jisoo donated 10M KRW each to their organisation. When the wildfire occurred on the evening of the 4th, Blackpink said, "we sympathise with the pain of the residents of the Gangwon area," they also cancelled their comeback press conference meeting which was scheduled the next day. In Dec 2018 they were awarded prize money of 20M KRW (16,790 USD) by Elle Styles Awards, but being angels they are they donated the amount to low-income and single-parent household in South Korea. And they donated another 20M KWR.

She is an only child, being strong indepent she is, I really admire her for that. She goes to korea to train all by herself because she has the passion to reach and achieve her dreams. We all know blackpink members are rich even before they became blackpink but they didn't look at theirselves higher than anyone and when you became a trainee you just have yourself, trainees are ostensibly allowed to communicate with their parents, the nature of the beast doesn't leave much time for it. Trainees' phones are taken away for almost the entire day because they usually practice 12 am to 12 pm a day. Actual visits from family members occur rarely, if at all, and only with approval from management supervisors and once on their life when still a trainee they lived in a dorm together, and they only do grocery one a month where at some point they have to only eat scramble eggs and strawberry jam, they didn't want to ask money to their parents and revealed that they once live with cockroaches. Blackpink and Kpop Artists as a whole experienced the same situation and it's not easy at all even if you are rich there is no exception and even some other kpop artist are not supported by their parent to became one but they did it all by theirselves because they has the passion to do achieve their dreams but haters is just cruel and always gonna hate.

This monthly evaluation needs to be held in order for the company to see their trainee's improvement. It might sound like just something normal, though this is a very important moment. If you don't show enough potential or improvement, the CEO can simply decide to kick you out. You then have to leave the company, also meaning you won't have another chance to fullfil your dream as an idol. This is why trainees practice so much. The company will then decide whether or not they’ll debut you in a group or as a solo artist or you will not debut at all. You debut with people you’ve been training with. Blackpink started training together since they were 14-15 years old, Jennie and Lisa are the pioners who was trained for almost 6 years, this means more than 70 monthly evaluations they had to go through, Luckily it all paid off. In my opinion, Lip-syncing is an issue in KPOP INDUSTRY because KPOP IDOLS are different. They're trained for many years to MASTERED ALL THE TECHNIQUES that they'll NEED for their next 10 YEARS of being a K-POP IDOL. From dancing to singing and rapping to doing all in one stage. Also, they're choosen to debut once they become idols so they have to prove that they're really THAT CHOOSEN one to give justice to the other trainees cause there are actually trainees who got left behind and have to wait for another year or chances of debuting, like who knows, if that one who got choosen to debut and is still only or always relying on Lip-syncing cause she or he can't perform live, then just who knows that the one who wasn't choosen is better than her or him right?
Once you're finally debuted as a KPOP IDOL, you have to prove yourself, your potential, like training years is over and you're now an IDOL. Though, being an idol they're still learning new skills and techniques, that doesn’t give them the right to fool others by convincing the fans that they're singing stable live with all the microphone and all but ended up Lip-syncing. They can actually use Live AR but not that straight all live AR and no live raw vocals of the idol.
I feel like lipsyncing is ok when an idol need to catch breath or do hard choreo once in a while but *literally every time* it makes me question what did you even train for? like it just feels weird that someone is into music but they are unable to deliver it live most of the time.it also takes all my interest in the performance like i ain't here to watch 10 different version of dance performance video

About the languages to be honest in Europe a lot of people can speak at least 3 languages. In my country it's normal to meet people that can speak 4-5 languages. But it's really good to know many languages because it's like new way of talking to other people( I can speak 4 but I am learning 5th)
