Dribbling with a plastic bag on the ball is very effective and can help you dribble the ball very fast and pound it do it for atleast an hour for a week and you will be surprised trust 🙏
I’m 6’3 and pretty long at my level I’m mostly guarded by shorter players. I always forget to get low and I think that’s why I have no confidence in handling without turning the ball over.
Hey man love your videos and how practical your approach is, u do a great job at providing context and intent to these drills, makes it very easy to digest the info & apply it to my game... would love to see you do an analysis on Mike James of the Brooklyn Nets. Not a superstar by any means but he’s very sound offensively and finds ways to be effective as an undersized guard.
There’s no drills you can do yourself to truly simulate a defender, but the last drill works on the physical ability to put different moves together creatively. So when you have a defender on you and you actually have to react, you can do what you need to with the ball and execute without fear of being limited.

Even if you take a short player like Isiah Thomas as an example, he had a crazy wingspan longer than his height and over 40 inch vertical and explosiveness to stay relevant in the NBA. Even then, his defence was not great because he lacked the height and reach which is probably the reason he gets passed on nowadays.
