It's not offside, it counts like a second touch by the same player,which is not allowed
first one counts as second touch without any other player touching the ball

Disgusting match with biased referee ruining it a good match by Mönchengladbach. If the last minute penalty was fair then Gladbach should also got one earlier with Frimpong’s foul. Just like how Wolfsburg hand ball but Kane got a yellow card for pointing it out today, Bundesliga referees are against doing very hard to ensure Leverkusen win and Bayern doesn’t 😅
