I have such intensely mixed feelings about this, the tapping is absolutely incredible, but I'm stuck on the fence about the scratching sounds; my body likes it cause I get tingles but my brain cringes cause there's just something about it that I just don't know 🙃🤣
Maybe you think you'll get a splinter?
There are certain sounds for me (scratching on denim and some other fabrics, certain crunching sounds, etc.) where my body kind of reacts like a tingle but I don’t like it. It’s kind of like the “heebie-jeebies,” I refer to them as “anti-tingles” 😂
Maybe it sounds a little too similar to scratching on chalkboards for your liking? It happens to me sometimes when I listen to scratching asmrs. Some little parts would sound like scratching on a chalkboard or a fork being drsgged across a plate, which gives me the shivers in a bad way. 😂
