As an Odia, this makes me so so proud! Odisha as a state is never advertised to the world, many Indians themselves would never know of such a great university that exists in Odisha. it is always the work of Odia people that speaks rather than being advertised by mainstream media in the country. We have the world's best salt water lake ecosystem in Chilika, we have the largest hockey stadium in world, we have a treasure of forests in southern odisha...but odisha and its wondrous achievements are always ignored by Indian media.

I earned a bachelor of science of social science from Portland state university and i am proud to see a institute like this! The world should take notice!
Portland State University should include a new subject in their curriculum "how to mass manage and feed a crowd of 25K students each day" ... No worries, India has always been teaching the world always.

Wow! This makes me proud as an Indian. Our tribal population has lots of potential which needs to be nurtured.
You really know how to create cheap delicious food. Gordon Ramsay has a video up where he travels an Indian overnight train. They have the simplest kitchen, cheap ingredients, but "they eat like Kings" said Ramsay. Because the food is THAT good. He said its better than in most premium restaurants in London.

This place seems so on top of everything. Everything is really well organized- from the kitchens and the cooking infrastructure to renewable energy, emphasis on sports and holistic living. The staff seem involved and very competent. The social upliftment just makes this brilliant. This is all so great!

You all are doing more than most religions, celebrities, corporations, and NGOs combined! I love Indian tribes and culture.
I think something has to be said for industrial cooking technology. We just take it for granted that it's possible to cook 50,000 meals in 5 hours... A lot of work went into making that a reality and thank goodness for it. It allows a relatively small staff to feed a group of people literally thousands of times larger than themselves in a very small amount of time. The emphasis on efficiency by the school is equally as important. It's certainly wouldn't be possible without a strong emphasis on efficiency and managing people efficiently.
