I'm certain it's a mixture of both. Purely essential oil would be too harsh on your scalp, which is why it needs to be diluted as you massage it into your head.👍

Yessir-That should be perf G! I usually use a spray in between my washes or if my head looks crazy after a restless sleep. Great way to wake up the locs 👌🏾 🙏🏾

What’s the mixing ratio water to oils?
Usually 3-4 drops per oil and the rest can be water!

I already have a mist lavender bottle spray can I just use the oil by itself a lil on my hair or message into my scalp?
You don't HAVE to use oils. But if you do, I recommend diluting in a little water and a drop or 2 of a carrier oil (like olive).
