    As you mentioned, it's all about presentation, and that includes the staff.
    As for those quiet periods, that's when you check your vegetable patch or chase pheasants!

    I'm not sure I want hear that you offer courses in crashes on your railway!
    More seriously I am enjoying the series on what people actually do in their different roles. Gives one a much deeper appreciation of just how much work goes into making the trains run.
