@@robertcunningham3363 I don’t think that anyone is taking issue with the moral of the tale; it’s just that some are a little disgruntled with the way the channel tries to pass it on as a true story. It could very easily be told in a modern day “Aesop’s fables”, it’s a nice tale, just don’t insult the listener by trying to have them believe that it happened.
This would be a more meaningful story if you didn't use so many different people to be the same person

It's easy to see that this was made in Asia when you listen to it - the sentence composition is easily seen as translated . And it has an almost Asian style to its type of storytelling .

This is supposed to be one of those lesson stories based on an ironic twist of the type that O. Henry would write. The Story Arc was reached after the poor family left and the meal was paid for. The story is supposed to reveal who the family was that Bernard mocked then, and that would have been the end of the story. All of the rest is a distracting rambling.
