Hi that was just brilliant i really enjoyed that, i took early retirement a couple of years ago and i was an environmental health officer for 22 years and it's a joy to watch you working and keeping your hygiene at a top level even when you're very busy good for you my friend.
Congratulations on your retirement!! Our Health department was a big roll in getting our cleanliness to where we are today. We got one of the best compliments ever from them last inspection, they said its one of the few places they would eat at!!
I work fast food and it always brings a smile to my face when you got regs and you got their order down already. I know your regs feel cared for and that their food is being prepared in safe hands! Keep up the content mate

You should do customer appreciation day by make your own hot dog Italian sausage day.. they get picked Italian sausage or hot dog and whatever toppings they want for same price..
We built the business on boiled hot dogs back from the hot dog cart days. The only dogs griddled are bacon wrap and our sausages. Best of luck on your journey!!
