I, too, want to thank you for all the time and effort you put into making these extensive videos!!! What a generous person you are! Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
Wish I could get your opinion on mine, but you do enough already. At least I now know enough to look in the mirror and know something!!! (whereas I used to knowing Nothing.)

In my case I will have dentures. But if I had the money to fly to Texas. He did dentures I would be there in second. Even other dentists that do implants. Still made me feel good about my decision to have my teeth pulled. I know dentists get raked over the coals about prices. In my case dentist pulling my bad teeth saved my life. The dentist that pulled the teeth Dr. Lyons. At dental clinic for us poor people. Saved my life. I have husband. Along with the little love of my life. Which is my 26 year old son. Beautiful granddaughter that is three. Along with parents and younger siblings. Me being with them would not have been possible. If the dentist hadn’t pulled my bad teeth. Yes implants and dentures are expensive. I wished they were more affordable for EVERYONE!!! A dentist saved my life doctors are not the only ones who do that. Sometimes not all super heroes have capes. I am so grateful that my infected teeth are gone.

Do you know anything about zygomatic implants and if they are safe. The implants that I was shown looked like miniature implants so I thought that zygomatic implants might be better for as you had said miniatures weren't necessarily a good choice.

Dr. Choi I appreciate your explanations of the whole process of implants which I wouldn't have been able to figure it out on my own. I have a quote from my oral surgeon to perform 6 extractions on #14, #15. #18, #30 and #31 and implants on #14, #19, #30,and #3. He makes the statement "If you are missing both first and second molars, usually implants placed in the first molar areas (#3,14,30,19) provide sufficient chewing surfaces without going to the added expense of also placing second molar implants." " Many times the implants in the second molar areas are not necessary for sufficient chewing surface." Dr. Choi Do your think this is a good practice for first and second molars? Also with a bone graft on #14 the total cost would be $14.500.00. Is that a fair price to pay? $425/extraction and $2800/implant,. Thank you, Dan Brunetti

sorry for late reply. he's right. some people don't notice second molar missing. some do, some don't. that cost is pretty pricey but that depends on what part of country you live.

    Great presentations!
I was told that a typical implant can last, on average, up to 7 years.
I'd appreciate your opinion on that.

I didn’t have implants. But I had to have 4 infected molars pulled in 2010. The dentist did bridge. That was in 2010. It was fine for fourteen years. My natural teeth around the rest of my mouth. Gave me lots of problems. Whether it is implants or bridge. You will be happy you did it. I know it is scary but I promise things will be okay.

Ive watched your videos since I had my surgeries. I've been contemplating seeing another dentist because 2 of my implants just aren't rite. Its been a year since my surgeries. The 2 implants are still painful upon any pressure. My dentist keeps saying that they aren't healed. Which may be correct. I just feel like after a year there shouldn't be any pain.

It seems that dentist prefer to drill for All-On-4 implants immediately after extractions. In the future, would you explain the reasoning behind this technique. It would seem that the extracted teeth would leave holes in the jawbone and then the implant hole would be drilled within or beside these vacant areas.
We need a website where one could select from specific criteria or specialties offered by the wide variety of implant centers in order to help choose a dental center. (i.e. sedation, CBCT scans, in house 3D printing, use of 3DShape or Exocad software, nano ceramics, etc) Frankly, I'm overwhelmed at the number of dentist offering All-on 4 implant surgery. That's a good thing but confusing at the same time. Really enjoy your videos. Wish I lived a bit closer to Texas. You and your team are the best!

Of course there are many dentists who are offering implant surgery because they need money and some of them charge a lot of money and some of them less.I would rather go to a doctor with a lot of experience it's ok if I have to pay little extra money as long as he does he's job right.

@@northtexasdentalsurgery So it's more convenient for the patient to do implant at the same time after the tooth is extracted because the doctor don't need to drill a hole or perform surgery. Is that how it works? maybe I am wrong.

Once gums have retracted, is it 100% impossible (without surgery) to recover them if I take proper care? Or that battle is lost without surgery? I suffered from gingivitis and I had deep cleaning and I have no bleeding nor inflammation since.

    • @northtexasdentalsurgery

@@northtexasdentalsurgery If someone waits 10 years or more after tooth extracted is it too late for implants to be made? I know that after long period of time the bones undergo some degree of resorption.

I was in your office a few months ago. You suggested removing the failed dental bridge and replacing it with two implants. I can't afford the cost of two implants, so is it possible to connect a bridge to an implant (picture this: a dental crown on #21-- bridge on missing teeth #20, #19,#18-- implant molar #17)? Thank you.

@@northtexasdentalsurgery yea ho worries honestly. I am no where near the amount of money I need. And my financial situation isn't either. I have honestly accepted my eventual fate. I'll probably just take antibiotics for as long as I can and hopefully avoid any type of sepsis, and on the other hand i will have to pray I don't get a severe heart attack. It's just how my life played out I guess. There's not gonna be any miracles or some good Samaritan that will donate enough money...I've already lost all my hope. I'll keep my gofundme for another week or so and then I'll just return everyone's donations. I won't need it for any type of burial cause I'm choosing cremation. Thank you for at least taking a small interest. Have a great life and continued success! 🙏🏽👍🏻

find a great dentist in your area. Look for referral - don't trust anything you see in google searches. Go strictly off of testimonials. If a dentist has at least a 4.8 and over 100 reviews - go to him/her. Thats what i did and i am so happy. If anyone needs a great implant dentist and ready to pay for quality work than Chicago Dental Arts is the answer.
