  • Patients are so relieved at the idea of being free from the shackles of gynecomastia that they need to touch the gland that was removed during surgery. Sometimes only touching is believing. Dr. Caridi of the Austin Gynecomastia Center describes his technique for showing patients the glandular tissue that was removed from their body so that they can begin moving on with their lives knowing the gynecomastia is in the past.

    Dr. Caridi is no joke a phenomenal surgeon! But, also truly cares about the patient before and post operation. I finally had my gyno removed after years of mental torment that I couldn’t do anything about it physically. I feel a thousand times happier that I’ve done it. Especially at WestLake Plastic Surgery center. Thank you Dr. C and the AGC team!

    What if you use testosterone or other AAS, can it come back?

    • @wlplasticsurgery
      @wlplasticsurgery  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, there is a risk that gyno may regrow with use of testosterone injections or steroid use and is why it is best to avoid them unless directed by a medical professional.

    If your having trouble losing the gyno i had luck using kosweizer protocol pretty much its topical dht and supplements to reduce the levels of estrogen it really works.

    my doctor said that he will remove them partly. Is that ok Dr. and he said this will prevent from having a hole in the chest

      Abdullah Alawi No, I do not agree with that at all, as the gyno tissue should be completely removed. There are surgical techniques, such as my internal flap sutures, address that prevent a divot/depression from the removed gyno tissue. This is a common occurrence that results in patients coming to me for a secondary procedure to remove the gyno tissue that was left behind.
