    Another great video George and Su. So pleased to see that it is now easier to visit the north and look forward to seeing more (perhaps Kyrenia). Fabulous market (€14 for five litres of probably very good olive oil!). Best wishes.

    Hi
    George do you still own property in UK and if so how often do you come back ?
    Because I know it would be very hard for me to get back into UK property market I was thinking of buying a small flat here and rent it out and then come to Cyprus with my family ?but it would compromise my home in Cyprus ...

    • @CYPRUSINSIGHT
      @CYPRUSINSIGHT  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes we have in uk, before covid we would be back 6 times a year but now not since Feb 20. Have you considered renting what you have in uk and renting here, rents much cheaper here and your uk property will go up, here not so much.

    This is a great video, we shall definitely be visiting that market on our next visit (which will be in a year’s time now!) I shall be very interested to watch any of your visits to Northern Cyprus beaches or towns. We may be looking to have a 2 centre stay, 3 weeks in Protaras area, and then perhaps a week in the north. I’m becoming a serious lover of Cyprus as you can probably tell.

    Hi George, great to see the North. I am baffled, I only went that side once fifteen or so years back, but I could have sworn we drove on the right. We were advised not to go, but the people could not have been more friendly. Looking back I dont think the people on the South wanted us to spend our money in the North. If we ever get to live there, it will make a good day out shopping on the Turkish side.

    • @eliassolomou980
      @eliassolomou980 11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The reason the southerners don't want you there is simply because they don't appreciate others living in their stolen homes, don't like seeing their stolen livelihoods usurped and exploited. To the Greek cypriot refugees seeing foreigners there is like they're legitimising the crimes of the invaders.
      Hope this helps.

    • @Graham19951

      @@eliassolomou980 I can appreciate that because the island I live on was occupied by the Germans during the war, they treated the locals well but they were hated at the same time.
