She needs to build a solid foundation and fix her issues with support

I don't think the statement of 'no one can beat her' is true. There are certainly more agile female contemporary vocalists than her out there such as Kim Burrell, Jazmine Sullivan, Lecresia Campbell or Debelah Morgan (the latter two being classically-trained coloratura sopranos) and those are only a few examples. And on top of that, who has better runs and what's not is something that is not really quantifiable or something that can be measured.

There are many people that are either as good as or better than Mariah at agility. However, the differences aren't much as her voice is almost at the top tier. The biggest thing that distinguish Mariah from the others is her musicianship in every single part of her voice. It doesn't only showcase her abilities but also sounds really good most of the times and not being overdo. She might not be the best at every aspect of music and vocalism, but she has a perfect TOP BALANCE between them. I would prefer the one with 8.5-9/10 at every aspect rather than a 10/10 at a single one and being average at the rest. I saw some comments saying Mariah is overrated, but I think they just don't understand her thoroughly. I won't criticize any but just to suggest you to do some more researches about her before making any statement.

Mariah performs appoggiatura as if it were the easiest thing in the world,in her career she has also shown that she can connect it with a run by covering 2 octaves or with an inhuman transition in whistle register as in Vanishing Rehearsal while I don't even think I've ever seen anyone do a simple appoggiatura, never perfect and smooth like hers.

Well it makes sense though….her voice is darker an travels slower…but she has a lot of power, Mariah’s voice is light and travels really fast, but doesn’t have as much power🤷🏻♀️

Mariah performs appoggiatura as if it were the easiest thing in the world,in her career she has also shown that she can connect it with a run by covering 2 octaves or with an inhuman transition in whistle register as in Vanishing Rehearsal while I don't even think I've ever seen anyone do a simple appoggiatura, never perfect and smooth like hers.
Beyonce also sang flawless appioggiatura in the recording of just stand up to cancer
