There is no black smoke from the exhaust. What's the problem and solution for this issue? Also, coolant is leaking from the thermostat housing, should I replace the whole thermostat or only gasket? Odometer reading - 93000 kms
Replace only the gascket. For better mileage 1 - Check your tyre pressure 2 -Check your breaks for any jaming 3 -Check your air filter for any clogging 4 - Check you fuel lines and tank for any leakage 5 - Check your injector for any leakage

Hi Arun, I have the same model and same issues.. my local mechanic replaced coolant pump and cleared the DTC code.. but again same fault codes came back.. this problem is due to connector rusting or something else..
Even i to have a polo but its petrol so my suggestion 1.at first open the bonnet check the radiator fan is running while AC is on if it is running its well and good then i think it good. And again start the engine with keeping AC ON and check it and again you should start engine but first switching off the AC and again start the engine and check it . 2. Whether there is a check engine light is on the dashboard ? If it shows then clear the error. 3.if there is no check engine light on dashbord i think then its a problem in AC compressor .
@@Rahul-gm2qb sory i have forgetten to say that while checking AC when you r switching on ac You should also check weather the radiator fun is running or not if it runs its good .and make sure that after switching on AC .The radiator fun should start running at within 10 to 15 sec the car temprature does not matters weather it is on 45°or 90°the raditator fan should start running when you switch on AC . keep this in mind bro .......

So Before buying once you take a expert mechanic (who is working in autorized brand like vw,skoda,Honda, etc )and say him to take a trail of the vehicle if says that the car is in good condition then i think you can buy because it has crossed 80000 km that to 2011 model it means it will be in a good condition .

yes,because the secondary pump is used for reduce the heat from egr valve when the pump is faulty egr valve will not work properly and it will effect the car perfomence
Volkswagen cars suck ! My 2016 Vento Diesel DSG is giving out problems all the time. I service it regularly at the Volkswagen still every 4 months one problem or the other. Volkswagen should quit making cars or leave the Indian market. Worst quality cars

I replaced my thermostat housing because of the same reason..it costs around 4000 rs..
@@nidhitini my local mechanic also suggested the same but I had a feeling of just gasket issue

Hi Bro, My POLO 1.2TDI AC not working sometimes but after turning off and again starting the car AC starts working.What could be the problem ?...

so my suggestion
1.at first open the bonnet check the radiator fan is running while AC is on if it is running its well and good then i think it good. And again start the engine with keeping AC ON and check it and again you should start engine but first switching off the AC and again start the engine and check it .
2. Whether there is a check engine light is on the dashboard ? If it shows then clear the error.
3.if there is no check engine light on dashbord i think then its a problem in AC compressor .
