I am a bit confused about these roundabouts, do you need to signal on approach/exit or will being in the lane that takes you to your exit be enough? My instructor told me that you do not need to signal on these unless you are doing lane changes otherwise you do not need to signal when going left, right or on exists.
It depends on the road and traffic conditions. A phrase the examiners use is : "competently confident " On your test you must show that you can drive at a reasonable standard. If the road was dry and clear then I would say driving at 35mph was a fault. Don't aim for the minimum standard , show the examiner your a good confident driver

Please what was your speed on the dual carriage way? I can see that the speed limit is 50. Is it a fault to do 35?
