Considering she forgot her perception defense (ala how tooru and kanna spy on Kobayashi at work early on) its implied that she does this often, and heck maybe kanna and tooru too, she just forgot to use magic to cover for watchers first.
I mean... Elma doesn't her perception, so she's *bound* to alter this world that they live in... Even if she almost got exposed like in this episode.

@@cilodia I think he knows at least Fanfir and Torhu are dragons. The first episode when Kobayashi went to drink with him and Torhu, Kobayashi got so drunk she passes out and Torhu had to fly back home in her dragon form infront of Taketo.
Poor Saikawa: "Do I take a picture of this beautiful, unique, almost mystical creature... Or do I take one of the sea monster?"
It’s a good thing that Saikawa didn’t pick up on the fact that Kanna casually mentions to the sea monster that she is visible and calls her by name, and that she didn’t put two and two together that the fact that Kanna was actively trying to prevent her from taking the picture probably means she’s in on it
I think she was too distracted by Elma to hear what Kanna was saying.

Either that, or tell her the truth, because once she found out that Kanna is a dragon too, she’d never tell a soul.

Nobody would object to having a daughter like Kanna.
The fact that Saikawa is the only MC human that is out of the loop with the fact dragons exist in their world is kind of strange. Even new character Take suspects Ilulu is a dragon.
Shouta also knows but denies that Lucoa is a dragon. Her treatment to the human child doesn't exactly help his argument.
Take does't suspect anything other than Ilulu being an odd girl, and there's a less than 5% chance that Saikawa would be able to keep it a secret.
Shouta gets a free pass because he already comes from a family of wizards.
