I'm only a UG...but I really loved what u spoke....I think a minimal form of these department polictics exists even at UG level..though not severe like how pgs suffer...coz we r continuously on rotation. Thank you mam..❤️❤️❤️

Hahaha. I can completely relate with you ma'am. Though I am known to be a serial introvert among my colleagues but when it comes to presentation / clinics my performance speaks louder and my colleagues hate it. 😂 Recently I was called horrible names behind my back but eventually they did exactly what I proposed and in fact I helped with finishing "their" work with no confrontation since it's not my nature to react to such situations. I let my work speak.
