I particularly like the choreography in this. It has elements we don’t usually see: The small walking steps. The hands as mouths. The tilts. Very unsettling. Which is the concept.

i mean...he didn't crush on wall, but he actually throw his body like it was car crush that's why he said, this scene was really painful for him. He react with Minho to this mv and there he said about it

They also say "the eyes are the windows to the soul" in English right? so, those windows/doors have the lock... so the lock=his soul, his heart, his mind (the 3 words are equal and 1 in many Asian languages and separate from the word for the organ heart) I love the shredded paper room, like saying he's "shredded" or "illegible"? ANd you have to put together a lot of things to understand him.
PS. I just saw you haven't seen Mino - Run Away and you should :_) as well as Yugyeom - All your fault and Jackson Wang - Drive you home (those came to mind when you talked about cars xD)
Taemin him self is an art. He had his own genre of music and concept. His dance alwas looks so on point, sexy, smooth but also powerful. He is so talented. Every Taemin's mv just an art.
This video is probably my favorite taemin song out there easily! Also what’s funny is he dropped probably the best solo album of the year and then dips for the military a few weeks later😃

I have been waiting for you to watch this video for what feels like forever. Taemin has such amazing videos and choreography. I really liked this choreo the first time I watched this video I thought it was very different but that's Taemin all his choreo is insane.
Taemin's MVs are always incredible, and the best part is that he's known for being really involved in the creative vision for them, the themes he wants to explore, and the characters he wants to play. A lot of this is from his own head, that's always amazing to me. He's a real artist

According to me and this is my personal opinion, Advice is the most lyrics and choreography focused Taemin MV. The MV shoots are nothing spectacular unlike IDEA, Criminal, ... So I would strongly recommend you to react to IDEA, which I think you might really like. Taemin never fail to serve.
I think him being big in a small room is either two things: either people are boxing him in and he is too big for the box they're putting it in or, my theory is that he is boxing himself in and he feels constricted (because the lock transitions into the inside of his head). Similarly when he crashes the car he is crashing the version of him that was in the room, which I am guessing is the one that was holding him back. And of course he is brought back to life by music-- the piano.
